If you’ve been here for awhile, you probably know I love meditation.
I love it as a practice for many reasons, one of the largest is how it affects our energy and self-awareness.
How we choose to show up in our world. What we learn about ourselves when we do feel “off”. How we interact with others because of our practice. The difference in clarity, ease and choice when we bring our conscious intention to our actions. The deeper understanding and love we cultivate for our bodies, minds and emotions. The more permission we have to expand as a being and have a control over that, and yet don’t need to control anymore.
Today I want to offer you a new meditation I taught a few days ago that I thought you’d enjoy.
Here’s what you can experience:
– Deepen your understanding of your aura and how your presence is felt by others?
Does your energetic space tend to extend outwardly a bit too much when you feel strained and want help (this is often unconscious) or do you tend to pull in your presence and shrink and feel tired or invisible? These different styles also affect how others around you feel and interact with you in different ways.
– Do you know which chakras and energy centers tend to close down in your body? And, even more importantly, why?
– How often do you open space to receive your own information and knowing?
