In Kundalini Yoga we clear out emotional aspects related to each of the 7 chakras. Kundalini can be used to build balance, enhance posture, reduce physical pain, learn proper breathing and help us to be more spiritually connected.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It helps us to become more aware mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. With this awareness, we build the bridge to healing through teachings, movement, meditation, and chanting. The technology behind Kundalini Yoga is thousands of years old and was popularized by Yogi Bhajan.
As a Level 2 Certified Kundalini Teacher, I create a custom class specifically tailored for your needs. Some class themes include communication, stress reduction, physical healing and building intuition.
You may find the flow of a Kundalini Yoga class to be different from any other styles you’ve taken. Most of my Kundalini classes are more meditative while incorporating physical strength building and movement depending on your desired outcomes. I adjust for any physical injuries or limitations.
